Peter Mens Homes was established as a Real Estate Company in 1985.  We have prevailed in times of excessive interest rates of 25%, the recession and the punitive lending criteria of financial institutions and have flourished.  Over the past 27 years, most houses in the area have been sold through us � some 5 times over!  Our long standing record of service to the community and our commitment to excellence has ensured our stability in your area.  We are growing and are extremely excited about our future!  Our core area is Jukskei Park, Johannesburg North, Olivedale, Sharonlea, Douglasdale, Fourways & North Riding.

We have a large portfolio of managed rentals which are administered by our dedicated rental agents.  We manage properties on behalf of local and international owners. Our motto with rentals is to �manage these homes as if they were our own�.  Our rental agents are consistently attending seminars to keep up with the latest legal developments in property administration.

We are the project managers and sole selling agents of Wild Olive Manor, a development in North Riding with 102 stands.  We have taken this project from rezoning to proclamation and have sold out all 102 units.  We are the appointed managing agents of this development and control levy collections.
